At the time of booking we choose the most suitable route for you together

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR CANYON

Canyoning is a fairly technically accessible activity.
When booking, we will choose the most suitable route according to your level and wishes.
The routes presented are never extreme, ranging from initiation to the most sporty descent. Even the easiest trails require good motivation and the knowledge that you are undertaking a sporting activity that requires minimal physical exertion.
Likewise, it is important not to have phobias related to water and heights so that the activity, even if challenging, remains fun.
For toddlers, they must know how to swim and have the habit of walking.

Purchasing Conditions

Canyoning is an outdoor. sporting activity that takes place in natural environments. The presence of objective environmental hazards requires participants to be in good physical condition. Any problems affecting their general condition with special attention to cardiac, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and weight conditions should be reported at the time of booking.

It is possible to cancel the activity with 48 hours notice, cancellation within 48 hours instead entails the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking. If you have booked for a group, it will be your duty to ensure that all participants are present on the scheduled day. In case of unstable weather, only the guide can cancel, at any time, the outing if he deems the safety conditions insufficient (violent storms, rain, temperatures too low, etc.). In this case, of course, the deposit will be returned.

When you book, we will give you a date and time, as well as a Google Maps itinerary to reach the place indicated in the program. Furthermore, from our website you can download a PDF with all the information about the activity and a detailed description of the meeting place. It is good practice to plan a little in advance: often our canyons are reached by small mountain roads that are not always obvious. In the event of delays exceeding 20 minutes, the guide will begin the activity without waiting for you. This will result in the loss of the deposit.

Respecting the instructions given by your guide is the fundamental premise for a safe and fun descent. For the activity, sports shoes (trainers, trail shoes, trekking shoes, etc.) in good condition are mandatory, while sandals of any kind are absolutely prohibited because they are inadequate. Naturally, it is absolutely forbidden to practice the activity while drunk or under the influence of narcotics. Failure to comply with these conditions authorizes the guide to refuse participation in the activity for obvious safety reasons.

The guide is provided with professional civil insurance necessary to practice the profession.
